For a setup on a normal scope you can either use the piggyback method

method, or afocal
method. You must have a solar filter such as this
installed at all times. You can also buy special Ha scopes
(not Ha filters) such as this one
to get more detailed images.
Generally, Solar imagers use Registax
(if Registax 6 does not work, try Registax 5).
