Default A minor light pollution victory

Back in february, my local council started to replace the old sodium
streetlights with white-light, full-cut-off lights They finished the
work on the three lamp-posts in my little street last week
Tonight was my first clear night since then, so I took the opportunity
to fill out the light pollution survey[1] and also to re-measure
the *actual* limiting magnitude using my Sky Quality Meter.
My normal VLM measurement in the Na days was 19.38 and I'm pleased
to say that this has now improved to 19.51 magnitudes per square arc-
second. While this improvement is completely imperceptible to a human
observer, it's good to know it's going in the right direction.

My eyeballed results for the l/p survey came out at mag. 4
