Default Nexstar/ETX-90 Hybrid?

Just wondering if it possible to fit a dovetail bar to the base of an
ETX-90 OTA, and then attach it to a Celestron Nexstar goto mount?

I can't see there being a problem, other than it might need a bit of a
spacer to clear the curved housing on the mount. Is this likely to screw
up the tracking?

It's just I have a Nexstar 130 SLT and a ETX-90 OTA on an EQ-1 tabletop
mount (in a nice flight case for portability); if I could marry the two
it'd make a handy portable grab and go goto scope...
