Hi all,

For anyone in the York region you may like to come along to our meeting on
Friday night, 8pm.

"Nova hunting for beginners" - by Mr Guy Hurst from the BAA.

Guy will be educating us about the field of Nova detection using binoculars
and simple equipment. This is one of the few fields in which amatures can
still complete with professional observatories. Maybe you might go on to
discover your own Nova after this talk?

Starts at 8pm in the Denham Room, Priory St Centre, Priory St.

Full directions on our web site :-

Admission on the door - £1 Members, £2 non-members.

Very best wishes and clear, dark skies.
