    Personally all this will it / won't it business seems a little
    pointless to me. I'll ready all my kit over the weekend and test it if
    possible (ie if it's clear), then check the forecast in the evening
    (by which time the projections should be about 14 gazillion times more
    accurate than they were a week ago when people started on about this)
    to see if it's worth getting up early, or whether I should just get up
    at the normal time and hope for a gap in the cloud.

    On the other hand, perhaps that's why I'm not one of the people
    posting awesome pics every couple of days

    i didn't like to check, but 5 days ago thunderstorms were forecast for south
    wales. very nearly the opposite now! lets just hope and pray it's clear
    tuesday.....
