Is there any food and drink stations on the starpartys?

Refractors kick arse precisely because they don't hide behind excuses. That is, they have no obstructions to hide behind.

Maybe this is near enough for you.

Oh, Rother Valley Optics is a great place to purchase from. They can get you most things for astronomy and at a good price. However, although the shop does have telescopes, mounts and a few cabinets with astro-gear. Its not a huge selection compared to what one can see on the website.
If you are passing J31 of the M1 ( M57 Worksop to Sheffield road ). I would definitely take the slight 5 minute detour and pay them a visit. But, I would not recommend making a special journey over the Pennines just for that.

Thanks, Runcorn, is convenient, I'll have to put it in my diary otherwise I will forget.

I will be over the other side of the Pennines next week so I may be able to drop in to Rother Valley.
