Unhappy iOptron won't align after DST change

My iOptron SmartEQ Pro+ mount will not align properly since the DST change last week. I have changed the DST setting in the mount, cleared the alignment data and even removed the battery in the controller in hopes to reset the time and date (it didn't). I get a good polar star alignment and the mount just thinks everything is off.

Before the DST change, I would polar align, and perform a two star alignment. The alignment stars would be around 5 degrees off, but once I finished the mount would goto targets and have them in the main scope field of view. Now after the alignment, targets are over 10 degrees away.

After taking a look in the manual it says to clear any last alignments and to make sure that you do the same with any software that you are using to control the mount.
Sometimes just doing a factory reset will clear these types of issues.
I hope you manage to get it figured out soon

You may have to give iOptron a phonecall or send an email about the situation.
When I looked in the manual the section that they set aside for this (page 20) has nothing in it.

The next section says to make sure the HC memory cache and guiding program cache is cleared.

I finally had clear skys to out and work with the mount. My normal procedure is to get my rough polar alignment, lock the clutches at the ZERO position, Set the ZERO position in the controller, and then do a two star alignment. I followed those same procedures and the first star in the two star alignment is off, and the second star the mount believes is below the horizon (it wasn't). The alignment failed. I told the scope to return to the ZERO position and it was off DEC. I loosened the DEC, moved the scope to the Zero position, and aligned again. It failed again, but I was able to sync to a target, and after that, the scope was aligned. I need to see what iOptron has to say about this.
