Lightbulb Can you Stickers/Decals on a dobsonian telescope and not affect performance?

    Hi,

Just a quick question. For you all. Is it okay to stick stickers/decals onto the wide of a dobsonian telescope. Will it affect the scope in away way? I assume not but I wonder why we don't see more people doing this as I have some amazing apollo stickers I wanna use. Any info on this would be great!

If you're talking about putting stickers on the outside of your tube or on the base, nothing wrong with that at all. It will not affect it's performance.

I say go for it. It's your scope, it should look the way you want it to.

You can even re-paint the tube if you want a different colour
