Default Question For Owners Of The Orion VersaGo II AZ Mount

Was reading a blog that showed a 120 f/7.5 refractor on this mount. I did not think that possible with such thin tripod legs. What is the most weight and length of scope you would put on this mount?

Yup, this mount can handle such a scope. I've used it for my 127/1020mm Newtonian.

The weight load capacity of this mount is 15 lbs.

Starblast 4.5EQ, Orion Short Tube 80A, and a whole bunch of others that get very little or no usage.

A bit of tightening up the aluminium tripod and it should be a fairly solid mount.
