Default New Astro Tech Paradigm Eyepieces

Just a heads up on these. 5mm to 25mm in various increments, long eye relief, wide eye lens, flat field, very little pincushion distortion, excellent sharpness, no reflection problems, $80.

Haven't tried one myself yet, but thinking about a couple. I've read one brief review. They look good without breaking the bank. Check 'em out on Astronomics.com, and elsewhere, I suppose.

    Yeah looks interesting Dawg

I notice they are also parfocal, which is a feature that usually starts at a lot higher price.

Oh, I forgot to mention that they have a 60-degree apparent field of view. I like that because it's just a tad better than the usual 55-degree found on most planetaries. Also, in this price range, if they were super wide the field might not be so flat as has been reported. A nice compromise. There is a brief review on CloudyNights.com.
