While the field of view may be close, it's not likely to be as simple as swapping in the camera, since it likely has a different focus point. You wouldn't want to waste time focusing your camera, and setting the correct exposure/gain levels while the object moves out of view (I'm assuming your dob doesn't have a tracking mount or an eq platform). You might be able to do it with parfocal rings if the eyepiece and the camera are fairly close to the same focus point. You can also use the ASI385MC in a 2" focuser (the lip is 2") so that might give you more room to move the parfocal ring if the edge of the eyepiece can lock down at different depths in the focuser. Figure out which one requires the most inward focus. It's likely the camera so place it in the focuser and get it in focus using a star. Lock the focuser so it doesn't move. Then put your eyepice in with a parfocal ring loosly attached. Slowly move the eyepiece out until the object is in focus. Then, push the parfocal ring down until it hits the focuser and tighten up the parfocal ring. It should return to that point every time you put it in.

    Thanks for that info Rob.

Also I tried it out last night and the 9mm Morpheus with (2) 43mm 7.5mm extenders and the eyecup replacement worked like a charm with my glasses off. With my glasses on I found that I only needed to use 1 43mm 7.5mm extender to view. The replacement rubber cup was also much better then the stock I felt. It held my eye in position with no problem at all. So last night compared to my first two tries with the morpheus were like night and day with much improvement.
