Default Pulled the trigger on the Olivon 6mm!

Fianlly, after a lot of research, asking questions, and general wishy-washiness, I pulled the trigger on the Olivon 6mm HD EP (Orion edge-on, Zhumell Z-series clone). Should have a nice, wide, fairly undistorted FOV and pretty comfortable eye relief for a 6mm. I'm expecting it on Sunday, and I'm excited. I'm looking forward to the views this guy will give me of planets at about 208x, but I also expect to get some nice views of certain globs, and maybe even some open clusters. What sorts of objects do you guys find benefit from these higher mags?

Hopefully I'll have a first light report early next week. Weather looks fairly clear for Sunday and Monday, but I did just order astrogear, so I'm expecting that to change. Sorry fellow michiganders.

    Congrats David!

Planetary nebulae will benefit as well as planets and some globs. Some open clusters may as well, especially those little bitty celestial backspackle's you get in Cygnus.

Congrats! For the price that EP is a very good performer, don't count it out as an option for galaxies either. I used as much as 233x on a few galaxies when I had my 11" SCT, sometimes you can get some nice results on quite a variety of objects if you push the magnification a bit. NGC 7331 comes to mind, it's quite bright for a non-Messier galaxy and handles higher magnification well.
