    Default New Eyepieces!

Just left the local optics shop with two new Tele Vue EP's in tow: Ethos 21 mm and Nagler 9mm. Can't wait to check 'em out after the moon and clouds depart. Would love to hear great things from those familiar with these EP's to get me excited!

Good choices, I opted for the ES 100* 20mm instead of the 21mm Ethos, you'll love that 100* FOV! You can eventually round out your collection with a 31mm Nagler and a 14mm Delos and you'll have a pretty complete range for your CGEM 1100. If you like the Tele Vue EPs I'd strongly recommend getting at least one Delos for your collection eventually, they are awesome!

Gratz on the new glass! Can't go wrong with TV.
Don't need to wait for moon to go. Planets and double stars are unaffected by moon. Globular clusters, planetary nebula and bright open clusters stand well to moon and you got plenty of aperture. Clouds are all different matter.

Hi Scott. New eyepieces are always a great addition to your astronomy equipment, and you certainly got some fine ones here. And, as Bigzmey stated, don't wait too long. You can still have a great time with the planets and double stars, even with the intruding moon. Congratulations on these new eyepieces Scott, and the best of wishes for many clear skies now.
