    Thanks! The 17mm is a good match with the C8. I hope you can snag one soon. It also performs well with the 1.8x Barlow from that era. They still come up for sale every now and then on Amart and CN.

    I usually only use them when using a tracking mount but sure do love mine! I have an old Edscorp 9mm from the late 60's that rocks.

    I prefer a Plossls over the other designs hands down . Tho I keep 2 Radians in my arsenal for slitting stars , reaching deep into Globular Clusters, and closing in on stellar planetary nebula , 4 are Plossls .
