I ride a Ducati so I live on the edge all the time. I have a tee shirt that says "I refuse to tiptoe through life only to arrive safely at death".

OH wait, wrong forum, this is the astronomy forum not the Ducati forum. You are talking eyepieces...

Actually I don't use anything less than the 6.7 and it is very rare that conditions are good enough for even that. Congrats on the new eyepieces.

Cool! You need a family portrait, both scopes, all EP's, and any binos you have. Maybe I'll do that too. Pointless, but fun on a cloudy night eh?

Those numbers are big enough that you could put football jerseys on them. Better yet, Detroit Red Wings jerseys.

Well, the stretch of clear weather has ended and judging by my 10 day forecast the cloud devils have figured out what I've been up to lately!

Yup. I think they are finally getting their collective act together and moving ponderously away from the ES warehouse. We should finally be clearing this weekend here, just in time for the full Moon.

I might actually get to look at the planets (knock on wood).

I think part of your recent storm is headed my way. It was 82 yesterday, only 58 today. 70 tomorrow with rain and storms headed in. Still, compared with where we were less than 1 1/2 weeks ago I guess I'll take it!

What the ?!? I have done everything I can to clear out the skies for y'all ! A 10" dob, a new EP, I even tried to fake the clouds out by going to Massachusetts ! My first day back from my Boston trip, and UPS shows up with me EP ! My ES 82 18mm arrived in pristine condition today. Now if the sun would go to sleep then I could try it out...errrrr !!!
