    The Q70s are decent.
My favorite EP is the 24mm 68° mine is an Orion clone of the Hyperion. Which I'm told is almost as nice is the TV 24 pan, I don't know but I love the thing

I can't give any input on the TV....though I'm sure it's excellent. I've got all three of the Q70's using them in a 8" Dob and they do a fantastic job. You'll like the 26mm. In my case they all also work quite well with a 2x barlow.

Hi Sledder. I appreciate your concerns over eyepieces vs. quality. All I can say is here is my 2" eyepiece collection, and I am extremely happy with all of them, especially when I bought them all "on sale".

Here are the University Optics 20mm and 15 mm 80 degrees, an Explore Scientific 9mm 100 degrees, and a 25mm 1.25" Plossl for size comparison
    Eyepieces1.jpg

Here are the complete set of the Q70s, an Orion 42mm DeepView, and a GSO 50mm eyepiece. Not shown is an ES 18mm 82 degree eyepiece, as I haven't taken a photo yet.
    Eyepieces2.jpg

I routinely use these in my 6" f/5 refractor rich field telescope, and 12" f/4.9 Dobsonian telescope. In my opinion, any of these 2" eyepieces would make a wonderful addition to any amateur astronomer's eyepiece toolkit. I hope this helps Sledder, and the very best of regards.

Nothing to add other than I also love my Q70 38mm EP and use it in several scopes. Good luck!

Something more to add now. In the interim I have also picked up an Orion Q70 26mm 2" eyepiece and am enjoying it quite a bit as well.

I have two of the Agena versions (the 26mm and 38mm) and I really like them in my dob. The field seems very flat and the edges aren't too bad at f/5.9. Light transmission seems nice too. Nebula look pretty good in them. Of course they are fairly simple in design I believe (Erfle's or a variation thereof). Not top of the line but still not bad all things considered. The 70 degree field is nice too
