    Hi i have just bought one of these Skywatcher 7-21mm 1.25" Zoom Telescope Eyepiece does anyone else have this eye peice and what are your reviews on them as i just got the 2 standard eyepieces that came with my telescope?

    I have one and also a Celestron 8 - 24 mm zoom. The Celestron has better optics.

    I have just recieved the eye piece its heavy lol cant wait to test it out o and guess what i have finally got clear skies hope it holds off for tonight seems when i get something new for the telescope i get clear skies its been cloudy for weeks in south wales lol

    I like to use it first. Then switch to a wide angle ep for longer viewing. The zoom tells me about what magnification is best for the conditions.

    well im happy with the eyepiece had a quick look at Jupiter and the Orion Nebula but there is a fine mist in the atmosphere so seeing conditions are a bit pants so will see what tomorrow brings.
