    Default retical eyepiece for finderscope

    Hi all,
just acquired an Antares 80mm finderscope with diagonal. I dont have an eyepiece, so what eyepiece would you recommend. I dont know the focal length but suspect it will be about 300mm or so.
    Anyone got this finderscope?

I have a 9mm reticle illuminated eyepiece but cant rack it in far enough
to focus, but I think this is to powerful anyway.

Try longer fl eps until you know what is needed. The illuminator seems to be rather standard, so you may be able to get a reticle ep without buying another illuminator. Mine works with about a 25 mm ep.
