    Default Owl UWA eyepieces



    Just wondering if anyone has had any experince with these eyepieces and if there any good. If I get these i'll be using them in a nexstar 8se.

    Since your scope is F/10 they will probably be ok. Don't expect perfection though, especially near the edges. Here is a review of the 30mm Owl UWA
    What focal lengths are you thinking about and what is your budget?

    Well with more research I think i'm going to pass on these, and get a Baader Hyperion-Aspheric Eyepiece - 31mm and upgrade all my eyepieces with baader hyperion eyepieces over time.

    I think that is a smart choice. I have read lots of good things about the 31mm Baader. For shorter focal lengths you may also want to consider the Explore Scientific eyepieces (if you don't need the longer eyerelief of the Baaders).
