    Default Gso 2'' sct diagonal

Anybody have any knowledge of these, i have seen some reviews of them not tightening enough on the sct to hold secure. They have a dielectric and dielectric quarts. Thanks

I have the plain 2" 99% Quartz Dielectric one, not the SCT version. I am happy with it and it works very well on both my Refractor and SCT. They are good for your personal use.

At an outreach event I had a lady pulled out the eyepiece and then dropped it on the pavement, when I said "No, no, no, don't touch that". Since then bought a Orion 2" Twist-Tight. I would recommend this or a William Optic Rotolock or Baader Quicklock if you do a bunch of outreach.

It is the same diagonal as refractor, just with different nose piece. I used this type of SCT adapter for years, it is quite secure if you tighten it properly.
