Default Question on the kOaks 4 channel electronic heater controller

I got a used Thousand Oaks 4 channel heater controller plus 6 heater bands for a very good price. Tested it and it all works. But on one end there is a small dip switch with two switches both set to off right now. Anyone know what they do? I did search the web but couldn't find a manual or any info.
    Sean.

Thousand Oaks were good enough to send me an instruction sheet, so problem solved. The switch on the left controls the low voltage alarm. Down it is on. Up it is off. The right hand switch is not used.
