Default My Harbor Freight Eyepiece case

I needed a new case for my Baader Hyperion eyepieces when a member on here (Gearloose) mentioned the Harbor Freight case he bought. It's a nice case for the money. I paid $31 shipped (use the 20% OFF coupon) for a 13"x18"x6" case.

It has pluck foam in it so you can take sections out easily without having to cut through a large block of foam. The only thing I had to cut was at the edge.

It comes with five partitions. I used three.

Behind the tool holder in the lid, there's enough space for my Interstellarum Field Edition and a planosphere.

Good case Rob, and you can't beat the price. I think I'm about ready for a second one, especially with a new EP on the way.

I can plunk my Interstellarum inside, and my iPad. I think I'll reconfig this one to accessories, and a new one for just EP's. I'll be up to a whopping FOUR soon.

Very nice. I'll have to look into those and see if my local HF has those in store.

They work quite well, and are very reasonably priced. We have an HF store in town, so I only have to stop by and I get flyers and emails all the time with coupons.

I have one that holds my guide scope and camera, all my EP's, filters and extensions...
The back had a tool setup with holders for various screwdrivers, pliers and such. I used it for my
flashlights, batteries, tools, etc... Behind that, I keep all my manuals... Perfect!

I also have a HF within 5 min of me....

Once again proving, that that store should be called "Harbor Freight & Telescope Supply". I use 3 of their cases! And my store is only 5 minutes away -- very dangerous!!!

    Hmmm

    Vaguely familiar

I can see my Harbor Freight from my driveway. About a 1 minute drive.
I used one of the 20% off coupons. I think it was just over $25 with tax.
