    Default Eclipse Stamps

I had not seen any reference to them here, so I thought I would mention them. They show the eclipse in totality, and if you warm them from your hand or just a light source they change to the full moon showing the cause of the eclipse. I believe they used some type of chromatic ink or similar to print them. Very cool.
They are at your local post office or on line from the USPS. 49 cent forever stamps. I picked up a whole sheet of 16 to save and just inserted into a clear photo sheet.

Hi Mike and Dave. I will have to try and get a First Day of Issue cover of this stamp for my collection. Thanks to both of you for the heads up information on this "astro stamp" release, and the best of regards.
