The easiest way to learn the constellations is to buy a planisphere. They are very simple to use. Some of my favorites that you should be able to see with your scope are the Orion Nebula, the Andromeda Galaxy, and the Double Cluster. There are also many star clusters in the "teapot" region of Sagittarius. Many planispheres will have these and other objects on them.

It may also be helpfull to buy a copy of "Turn Left at Orion". It is geared toward smaller scopes and has many clusters, nebula, and double stars.
