    This is a huge setback. Significant delays can surely be expected now for both the inflight abort test which was originally planned for July and the subsequent crew launch. SpaceX might be good at fixing things but this is a complete failure of a spacecraft and its primary safety feature...

    I don't believe there is any additional information about the incident itself, just a bit more detail on what was going on for the testing.
