Smile Space Shuttle Mission - Game on PC

Hi, just curious if anyone on here has played, or is playing with the game Space Shuttle Mission 2007, by Exciting Simulations.
I have had this a while and its a little tough but kinda fun guiding your astronaughts on EVA's, never mind trying to dock the Shuttle with the ISS. Everything is in this game from take-off to touch down. Here are a couple of screen grabs. There will be a new Hi-Def version coming out later this year.

Clear Skies ( I wish, not been clear here for ages, thats why I'm playing with games )

They need to make a version for the SpaceX Dragon since the Shuttle is now retired.

There is a mission at the end which is the Aries IX demo launch, just gives a taste of whats to come. I also believe when the new game comes out that you will be able to go inside the ISS.

Looks like a pretty neat game. Do you know when the HD version will be released?

I have not played it but I'm downloading the Demo as I type this. Seems like it could be very interesting.

I'm not going anywhere near it!

I still remember playing a space shuttle simulator back in the early 90s. I thought it would be like all those flight simulators, but with a space shuttle. It wasn't. The view out of the cockpit was a tiny, tiny little patch of window. Surrounded by about a hundred buttons and dials that you needed to know about. This was the main screen, a bit of poking around revealed the true horror - there were 10 or so screens filled with about a million buttons and dials, and it seemed that you needed to know what they all did just to get the thing off the ground!

I'm still mentally scarred after that. Anything that needs a 6 month intensive training course just to get started on isn't a fun game, it's a job that you need paying for!

I believe the HD version is coming out this fall. This game does need a fair bit of button pushing, but in simple mode the buttons are highlighted to make it easier. Using the Canadarm, and doing space walks is pretty neat though.

I played with flight sim years ago from a company run by Bill that provides a pc OS. Can anyone remember if they got the stars correct in the night sky?
