    That's great!

    I saw M57 for the first time on 03 Sep 12 and drew a sketch. I found it difficult to find initially (I'm not using a GOTO just good old setting circles) and passed over it before realising that was it.

    Looks like I might need to add astrophotography gear to my wish list..................

    Taking the scope up to Mpumalanga was a bit of a waste of time. I've never seen so much rain at this time of year up there!

    I had the opportunity on viewing M57 for the 1st time this weekend at a Star Party and it was an AMAZING experience. Thanks for showin the pic. Love IT!
