Cool angle of northern sun for driving

I will travel Eastward across Washington State on July 16, 2019.
Starting at Ellensburg, 2 hours after sunrise.
What angle North of me will the sun be at that time.
I won’t be heading straight into it, right?
    46°59’49.43″ N -120°32’42.43″ W at Ellensburg and
    47.6588° N, 117.4260° W at Spokane.
