Default Closeup of sunspot group 2741

Posted this on Twitter a week ago it just occurred to me it might be possible to directly embed Twitter media in the forum.

This is essentially a white light image although it technically used a Ha 35 nm filter (in addition to Baader OD 3.8 solar foil) to reduce atmospheric effects.

    250 x 1.7 ms in Celestron 8" + 0.63x reducer.

    -- Christian

Planetary + short exposure deep sky imaging from urban 15th floor balcony.
    Celestron 8" + Galileoscope. 2x + 3x barlow, 0.33x + 0.63x reducer. ADC corrector.
Point Grey Blackfly 2.3 MP RGB / 5.0 MP mono + EOS 400D. HALCON + PixInsight.

Full sun disk from same day. If it works should be a small preview image with link to original resolution.

    50 x 6 ms Ha 3.5 nm + OD 3.8 solar foil in Celestron 8" + 0.33x reducer.

Edit: Hmm link seems to be ignored clicking just shows the image itself so maybe try this link
