This image wasn't taken on August 6th or 7th was it?. Ozman and I saw something naked eye in the sky in that vicinity while in Calhoun County Park WV. We thought it was a satellite until it started to zig zag unexpectedly.

This is in fact as has been stated above an anomoly of exposure and mount. I have explained the issue in that thread.
The object is in fact the star NuAqr plus another star.
