Hi-some small construction debris is trapped inside the scope,,and is sticking to the frontlens,,when the front shield is off,,wondering if a entrance throw any off the 4 philiphs head screw on the side "sems like they going throw so you can se them throw the front lens"- ,,can make a entrace to make a small air blow try--toget the debris to fall off,,and put in the screw again without any things that have moved or losen,,as the lens or something else..???-- 152L bresser--

Losen 1 off the philiphs screws,, off 4 screws so now i can enter the little hole and get dry compressed air from a 5 liters hand ex air pump "fluid" canister, from now ,just for air issues---it is alumnia debris from the philiphs screws threads or maybe iron on the inside off the frontlens,,or maybe il take a old syringa for ink issues to the printer..think that will be ok to..

Upgrade here off post,If you know that the collimination is god,,and spare that sht job,,just put a bit off tape on the front off the refactor on the metal tube just before the plast thing start and 1 tape bit exactly after the 1 st one on the plastic expander thing,,make some lines going over both off the tape bits-all way --losen the 4 philiphs heads and slide carfully everything out--the lens house come lose with everything and everything stick together -dont drop it,,take away the the debres,,make some profesore upgrade and plumb the screw holes from the inside, its them wich drop debris when thightning, line up the tapes with the marks..,,put everything togeher,,and take a cup off coffe.

Glad to hear it all worked out. I love your instructions: particularly the bit about "don't drop it". Great advice! - I should have listened before I dismantled my 9mm Nagler T1: whoops!!!

    All the best,

    Dean

(PS: the first reply you got above about the air conditioner cleaning was from some idiot spammer. Sadly, this is one of the reasons why this site is being abandoned and people are going to TheSkySearchers: https://theskysearchers.com/index.php )

About cleaning fingermarks -you know that ones that getting bigger it doesnt matter what you do from the lens-if its debrise/ dust you can blow it off with a lens blower or a fine camel brush---,,You can use 3 part off distilled water and 1 part isopropyl alcohol and if real bad you can add 1 drop off biodegradable dishwashing soap-"Per pint off solution"--use soft white facial tissues-easy strokes and change often,,,keep the solution on the tissues in small amount ,,dont pour it ower the lens, its risk for damages--Do not use scented or lotioned tissues..And dont clean the lens every day-that will also lead to problem in the end..
