    Default Skywatcher Equinox 80

    Hi,
Has anyone ever used one of these? Im thinking of buying one and wanted to know if they are any good, quite allot for a tiny scope! I want a decent APO though, whats it like for astrophotography?
    Thanks

It is good, but it comes without any accessories. For the same price you can take 80ED DS-PRO with accessories and it has a bit bigger focal length. I have ordered this one for myself too.

And both are good for astrophotography.

Both are good but the Skywatcher Equinox 80 is better. Better focuser, f ratio and wider field of view ( ideal for rich field astro work ) . Additional gear can be got later , as you would do so with the other scope anyways .
