    Default Skywatcher Evostar 80ED DS-PRO vs old Skywatcher 80ED



    Hello,

    maybe someone know bigger differences between those two models:
    Skywatcher Evostar 80ED DS-PRO and old Skywatcher 80ED

    As I am looking for Skywatcher Evostar 80ED DS-PRO I got an offer for the old version Skywatcher 80ED and I dont know if only the looks have changed or have optics have changed too?

    Any help wold be appreciated.

    Wow! This was never replied for almost 8 years. Not fair. I was researching something and ran into this the post. In case it is useful for someone else in future, I hear they are one and the same scope marketed under different names with interchangeable accessories. They may come in different bundles according to the merchant or whatever Skywatcher wishes at anytime.
