Help with Galileo telescope

 Help with Galileo telescope
Hi all from still digging out from the flood in Iowa. I have a small problem and hope the good folks here may be able to help me. I'm 61 years old, ready to retire soon and have always marveled at the heavens. Buying a telescope was on my long list but not short because of just what it costs to exist these days. My brother stopped by the other night and gave me a Galileo telescope. Where the eye piece fits into the telescope it says Astronomical Reflector then D=76MM and F=700MM It has a Mars eye finder scope that says off-1-2-on. It did not have any manual with it and I haven't a clue of the operation. I hope someone will be able to instruct me on basic operation and where I might be able to get an operation manual.
