Greetings everyone. I have a new Celestron PowerSeeker 127EQ Newtonian (#21043). I live on Cape Cod, MA. I would like to know how to properly align myself at my XY location so as that I can properly document celestial bodies. I am a novice that request as much information as possible for I am very serious about astronomy. Thank you in advance and I look forward to future discussions.
I'm not sure what you mean about aligning yourself at XY location.

That should tell you all you need to know about setting it up and aligning it.
Your latitude and longitude (at the airport) are as follows: 41.6852778 / -70.4022500
What you have to do is use the directions that came with the scope to align the polar axis with the north celestial pole. This is done (according to your directions) by finding the north on the horizon (no trees) and then angling the scope upward at an angle which matches your latitude.
More than that, unfortunately, I cannot help you with because I do not have an EQ mount and can't assist from experience.
