Ok one thing I find curious about this was it had a reducer ring for the smaller .965 eyepiece installed but had a 1.25" one crammed over the spotting scope ? And the funny part is I could have been using it years ago because all the parts were there.

The original should have been a 0.965" focuser and a 6x30 straight through finder which someone has most likely modified in the past.
Did you place the RA finder on it?

That's the mystery! The finder scope ( I called a spotting scope) was on there and had a RK=20mm 1.25 eyepiece shoved over the front of the finder scope. And no .965" eyepiece that it was setup for. That focuser had a .965 to 1.25 sleeve that I removed to use the RK=200mm eyepiece.

Someone may have added an adapter for the focuser, if you post the aperture and focal length from the sticker by the focuser I may have a manual for the telescope that I can post later for you
