Default Physics question?

1) If your car has 28.0 inch diameter tires that do not slip on the pavement, how many revolutions per second do these tires make when you are driving at a freeway speed of 65.0 ?
I found w(omega) = 13 and that is correct
2) For the tires in part A, how fast (in ) is each of the following points moving relative to the highway surface: the center of the tire, the top of the tire, and the bottom of the tire?

I cant get part 2 please help
