Folks are unlikely to touch this one - if you have a legitimate, free copy of PS CS3, you'll have the distribution and license keys.

If you have a distribution, but no license keys, but are a legitimate license holder, Adobe support will issue you the license key(s).

Otherwise, it seems likely you don't have an authorized, legitimate license. In that case, you might be better off using Open Source software like GIMP rather than violating Adobe's license terms.

He didn't make any posts having to do with astronomy, he had an odd signature, something about memory, I think, (posts are gone now, so evidence is destroyed) He had a "See this movie on the net for free" post in the Avatar thread......and I got a gut feeling.

When somebody new arrives, the moderators get to see the posts first, of course. We can easily tell which ones are genuine, then there are the "fishy ones" that we keep an eye on. There is usually some evidence if an agenda. Then there are the "nuts", which I tend to let by, giving them enough rope to hang themselves. Their threads usually peter out (God, how I hate that expression!) Then there are the blatent spammers, selling everything from knockoff footwear to pirated software. These get immediately turfed and banned. Then there are the really dangerous ones, that hack their way around the gatekeepers. These get turfed and banned as well, asap.

Obvious Babelfish translations are another red flag. You can tell someone's attempt at english from Babelfish.

    It's an art.
