    Hi Chich,
I don't know what physical condition you are in after completing your treatment nor how old you are.
In general, when a person dances and enjoys the dancing, the endorphins released more than compensate for and dull any pain in creaking joints or other pains.

For me it's salsa, and other latin dances but mainly salsa.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oSCMFNf6bPc

I've been dancing salsa for 21 years, still love doing it. Still love listening to it. I'm going to see the Afro-Cuban All Stars next Wednesday, the band behind the Ry Cooder produced Buena Vista Social Club project. Then going to the opening of a new Latin Nightclub with a great live band the 2nd week of April.

The important thing in my opinion, is that the music has to move you to the core. I used to help teach and would tell students that dance comes from the heart, not the feet. So you have to find music and matching dance style that makes you happy, makes your heart sing.

If you love swing music & dance, take some beginners lessons. There are many different styles of swing, not all require the gymnastics and acrobatics in your video. The endorphins and exercise will probably help in your overall recovery and there is no age limit for enjoying dance. I used to be a demonstrator at salsa classes. We had people aged from 15-up to people in their 70's in our classes.

    Go for it!

Best wishes for a speedy recovery

There's a lot of energy there! But Christopher Walken shows that old guys can still have the moves.

    It needs more cowbell though.

I got the video, but I haven't been able to do this since I was in my 50's, and now I am into my 70's
My wife and I used to love to go to wedding receptions and dance the polka songs, but if we try this nowadays, we would be into the hospital.
