    So I wonder where hollow Earthers think lava comes from, an inner Earth membrane encircling the hollow center? Like a Cadbury egg without the cream? I love those btw.

    There was an earlier incarnation of the hollow earthers that believed in a cosmography that was inverted about the radius of the Earth. I think they are gone. Their influence lives on in the opening credits of "Game of Thrones", though.
