Hi JG. A beautifully colored pre sunset cloud gathering. Well framed and lots of delicate wispy clouds in your capture with the 25mm lens. Thanks for sharing this nice catch with us on here JG, and the best of regards.

I Was thinking of photographing the sun today and ended up with this.
Nice proms and surface texture. :-)
I see why this is called a "sunflower".
This single plant was growing in the middle of a 40 acre bean field near my home. It is the only one in the otherwise completely "roundup" clean field.

Canada Day from some years ago. The night was rainy, not much going on, so I taught Sarah how to use the camera with the remote shutter. Sparklers are pretty moisture-resistant!

BTW, just noticed it is July 4th as I post this; 12:09 AM. I A) need sleep, work comes early, and B) need to wish my American brethren a Happy Independence Day! Hope your fireworks look better than mine!

    All the best,

Hi Don. A very nice sunflower photograph. When we lived in Illinois, we had a patch of the Russian Mammoth sunflowers in the center of our driveway turnaround. It was fun to watch them grow, and when the seeds had matured, it was so heavy that the heads hung down. Thanks for sharing your image with us Don, and it sure is nice to have some sun, even if it is from the ground up.

Hi Mark. Well, you did a great job of teaching Sara how to use the camera. This is a dazzling and artistic capture. Thanks for taking the time to put this up on here for us to enjoy Mark. And thanks also for your Happy Independence Day wishes to us.

Well, a couple of hours ago, as I was just starting the spare ribs, we had this visitor show up near our patio. My wife thought this baby bunny rabbit was so cute and adorable, until she found out that it was eating the leaves off of her plants. Mouse click on the image to increase the magnification.

I hope that you all enjoy this photo, and enjoy the rest of the 4th of July festivities.
