    OK this is a sample:

    a jalapeno burger
    pizza either pepperoni and mushrooms or garlic and onion depending on how veggie i feel
    camembert or brie with some sesame crackers
    smoked salmon or herring
    a parmesan omelet with cholula hot sauce

    or if on a liquid diet snack

    my cocoa recipe:
    1 c milk
    1 T medium brown sugar
    1 T (heaping) cocoa
    1/4 t vanilla
    1 dash salt
    1 smidgen (~1/32 t) cayenne pepper

    heat liquid until steam, add vanilla, whisk in solid ingredients and yummy.

    Well, since pizza has been mentioned, pepperoni, ham, bacon, sausage, beef, green peppers, onions, banana peppers, jalapenos, green olives, black olives, and mushrooms with a spicy Cajun flavored crust! One of the best I've ever had! With all those toppings the leftovers last longer than your typical 2-5 topping pizza! (more filling)

    Li'l Miss Sunshine makes these for me quite often but she does it all from scratch. I can eat a whole pan in one sitting.
