    I updated my kit so I guess I should re release my pics.
    I built the 'observatory from a proprietry tin shed and added the wings to accommodate the roof sliding off.
    The pier is mains water pipe - 13 mm wall 230mm dia and filled with Rio and concrete - weight about 6oo kilo with the in ground portion.

    Mounting plate is home made - holes hand drilled with a li-ion hand drill!
    I use two laptops - one for the camera and one for the guiding!

    Haven't been able to use them much lately, but here's some pictures of my imaging setups and the Dob I use for viewing. One imaging scope is a Astro-Tech 8" imaging newt on a tuned EQ6 mount and the other is a Orion 80mm EON on a tuned Sirius mount.
