I would add Maureen Sullivan - "Christmas Eve in Washington" It is a local Washington DC song but it is quite beautiful.
On the more modern side - The Boss's version of "Santa Claus is Coming to Town".
I repeat a Christmas wish but obviously ecumenical and non Religious -- "Peace on Earth".May the Stars Favor Us All!

Here's another I heard on my iPod today... it's a favorite of me and my wife...
"Christmas Day" by Dido - she sings a song (in the first person) about how she met a young man who stopped on his travels and is coming back for her on Christmas Day. Brings images of Last of the Mohicans (at Christmas LOL) to mind.
