    Pierre,

    Rumor has it the MNP is wandering, can't you get a good leash on it? Also what is the word on the MSP, any relation and who is the custodian down under?

    Yeah, it is heading out of my territory at the moment. It has moved about 700 miles north northwest since I last visited it in the late '60s. In a few decades you will be paying your fees in rubles.

    Interestingly enough, it sometimes moves up to 85 kilometers in a day, influenced by the sun.
