What would we gain by falsifying history and making up the landings on the moon

America would gain a lot!

Since 1957 and Sputnik I, Americans were scared that the Soviets would drop a bomb on them from Space. Cold War pride required them to show their superiority.

Even if it meant lying!

I have reserched this subject a lot (too much). While much of the evidence of a hoax can be easily discredited, there are still some very strange anomalies left.

Dust flying off the lunar rovers rear wheels creating standing waves as would only be the case in an atmosphere! In a vacuum, dust objects should follow a parabolic path.

Also an investigative journalist uncovered a 31-year-old mislabeled, unedited reel of footage (dated three days into the flight) that shows the Apollo 11 crew falsifying part of their photography! This exclusive footage is only available in "A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Moon." When Apollo 11 astronaut Buzz Aldrin (the one believed to have shot the bogus footage) was recently shown the tape he said, "Well you're talking to the wrong guy! Why don't you talk to the administrator at NASA We're passengers!" He then threatened to sue us if we showed it publicly.

I have seen the footage and it clearly shows blue light coming in through all windows of the lunar capsule even though they were supposed to be half way to the moon. The earth shot looks very screwy as if it wasa transparency held over the window!

Also Neil Armstrong is prompted to talk by an unknown voice. Presumably to simulate the voice lag that 'should' have been present.

There's one little problem with the argument.... The Soviets.

The Soviets would have absolutely loved to have disproved the moon landings, if they knew they were faked. All they had to do was simply aim a radio telescope at the Moon and see if there were Apollo signals there.

So why weren't they exposing the "fraud"?
