why moon is revolving aroung earth only and not around other planets?

No moon in the solar system revolves around anything other than its parent planet.
Everything in the universe orbits, essentially, one defined center, though the moon, being locked on to us, does move with us in our orbit around the sun, and we follow the sun on its journey around the galactic center.
But no moon can divide its loyalties between two planets unless, somehow, those planets formed a binary system with a common gravitational center, and then the moon orbited that gravitational center.
I suppose that could happen, but it certainly hasn't happened in our solar system.
