    Default Waiting for work Moon

I was just heading out the door this morning for work, and my phone goes. There is a problem at work, and happily it has nothing to do with me. Sadly, this means I'll be going in later and probably staying later. Oh well. So after Sarah went off to school, I decided to see if I could shoot the Moon in the west with the sun well up in the east. I just had to try. Now I know...

Celestron C80-HD, Canon T3, ISO 100, 1/160 sec. exp., and a bit of processing in Registax.
    Image4.jpg

Enough of the Moon and I for one day. Actually, the Sun will be over the roof in a bit, and if the phone doesn't ring, well...
    Have a good day, all!

A nice image Mark, I have been doing some lunar viewing the last couple days since it seems morning is the only time the skies are clear around here.

Hi Mark. You did a great job on this "daytime" moon capture. Even with elevated light level, you still caught lots of surface details along the terminator. Thanks for sharing the image with us Mark, and keep up the great work.
