Default Another supermoon, not that super to me

I can still fit the whole moon in my C8 with a 6.3 focal reducer. Since it's hard with a regular moon, this supermoon is not all that "super" to me. Yes it's noticeably brighter, but not bigger imo.

Nice looking image and example! The kryptonite it out
All the news outlets will be disappointed if that got out.

I spent about 60 seconds doing this

The other full moon pic is the eclipse which actually works good because the colour is so different.

I don't know about you guys but so many people I know made comments about the super moon expecting me to be super interested. If not for the fact I needed to take a pic to show them it's not really super I probably wouldn't have gone out tonight.

    Excellent capture !

I was hoping against hope that the clouds would clear. We ( daughter #1 ) went out to a good location waited, and waited, clouds very thick and low unfortunately. Went home empty handed.

I was hoping also that someone would have got her on the Horizon, that way you get a sense of scale, esp' if there is a foreground object at Horizon.

Our best view of the night WAS between the peaks of two gable roofs, which would have been ideal, but I just wasn't set up to take a shot
