    Hi Josh: was at the library today and checked out the book Dakota Starwatch. It is pretty good so I looked on E-bay and they have several copies for $1.50 plus 3.99 to ship (it's $18.00 on Amazon).
    It has some observing tips, star charts, etc. Thought you might be interested.

    In case you haven't noticed yet they started a regional group and within this group I have started a thread for those of us in the upper midwest.
